Gem and Ryan really are the dream team. They were our videographers for our September wedding. Everyone we spoke to in the lead up told us how amazing they were so we knew we were in good hands. I honestly CANNOT recommend Le Roex Media enough. I was SO lucky to find Le Roex Media and from day one they have gone above and beyond and exceeded every expectation - from being the most genuine, lovely down to earth people to their professional and responsive approach to weddings. They instantly made me feel at ease and calm about the impending big day. In the midst of lock downs and covid scares Gemma was there for me - always calm and reassuring and provided the most amazing advice being a newlywed herself! Choosing the Combination Package was by far the BEST decision I ever made (in fact it was the best decision I made around the whole wedding) and I am so grateful I didn't relent on quality or time booked. The exceptional service didn’t stop here, I received my highlight pictures within 24 hours and then the most gorgeous gift package which included an engraved USB (with all our pics sorted into folders for social media and printing), a selection of cookies with our wedding pictures printed on AND a set of beautifully printed pictures on luxurious card. Not once did Ryan or Gemma make me feel like a bridezilla (which no doubt I was 😆) with all my requests and as you can see from some of the pics I have shared with this review, Le Reox Media did an AMAZING job at capturing our special day – the photo and video quality is exceptional and I am just so thrilled with how special, candid and natural everything has been presented (exactly what I wanted). I wish this star rating would allow me to put 10 stars as Le Reox Media are an extraordinary find and you will not be disappointed.
